The Story

You are an "error" in the system. What begins as a simple resource-gathering task in a quiet village soon starts to fracture. Door colors change, trees glitch out, and new sections of the map appear out of nowhere. By attempting to complete missions that the code cannot fully process, you end up corrupting reality itself.

The Underneath

When the game detects that you are the cause of these glitches, the villagers disappear, and you are dragged into the Underneath: the software’s skeleton. There, the program realizes you are not part of the village and does the only thing it knows how to do with a corrupted file: delete you.

Developer’s Note

The game was intended to have much more content, such as an "Anomaly Counter" that would increase as you completed missions or gathered items. This was meant to trigger strange events, like trees that couldn't be chopped or crops with reversed growth cycles. Reaching the maximum level would eventually lead you to the Underneath, among other things.

Due to the fact that I could only dedicate 3 days of development out of the planned 2 weeks, the game remains in this reduced version. Here is a version with some patches and a start menu:
